Georgia RB Knowshon Moreno vs. Alabama run defense: Alabama's chances of pulling the upset Saturday depend in part on whether the Tide can hold Moreno in check the same way they suffocated Clemson's rushing attack earlier this year. Alabama ranks eighth in the nation against the run and has allowed just 2.2 yards per carry and 55 rushing yards per game this season. Terrence Cody and Co. allowed zero net rushing yards in a season-opening 34-10 victory over Clemson. Of course, it helped that James Davis and C.J. Spiller combined for just eight carries against Alabama. Moreno figures to handle the ball three times as often Saturday. If Moreno rushes for at least 125 yards, he should boost his Heisman Trophy stock as well as Georgia's national championship credentials. If Moreno gains less than 3 yards per carry in an Alabama win, the Tide wrecks a Heisman candidacy and establishes themselves as a dark-horse contender for the national title.
