This time last year, reports were coming out of Tuscaloosa that Alabama's offense was dominating it's defense in much the same way this year's defense is now dominating this Alabama offense.
The question is this: Is the opposite scenario going to be true this year?
Maybe there is a case for Alabama's offense really not being so bad, maybe Alabama's defense is just that dominating. Maybe this defense is pretty darn good?
I believe it may well be a combination of both.
I believe Alabama's defense is good enough to make its offense look bad. I also believe Alabama's offense is still learning and will need to improve as time goes along.
Alabama's offense will need time to come together; it will be up to this year's version of Alabama's defense to buy time for the Tide's offense.
Is Alabama's Offense That Bad, or Is Alabama's Defense Just That Good?
