Chris Jackson "looking" at Transfer Options

WR Chris Jackson Plans to Transfer

Jackson's brief playing career at Alabama included some special teams action, but the sophomore was never able to settle into a fixed position. He was an early enroller who began taking classes at Alabama in January 2008 and practiced at wide receiver during 2008 spring drills. He was eventually moved to defensive back, then back to receiver.

The 6-foot-1, 190-pound Jackson initially committed to Georgia Tech during his recruitment, but he eventually signed with Alabama after the Yellow Jackets ousted coach Chan Gailey and hired Paul Johnson. Robertson said he was unsure which coaching staffs Jackson would be in contact with.
