"Alabama wide receiver Julio Jones played more than half of the 2008 season with a sports hernia that eventually required surgery. On top of that, he injured a wrist and a shoulder (and needed more off-season surgery) against Tennessee. Visualize some of the catches that he made after those injuries, like the decisive overtime catch that set up the winning Alabama touchdown against LSU in Baton Rouge. Now imagine Jones making that play, or others like it, with three serious injuries nagging at him."
