Alabama, picking up 33 first-place votes, is picked to win the West crown, followed by LSU (15 first-place votes) and Ole Miss (16 first-place votes). Arkansas is picked to place fourth, followed by Auburn and Mississippi State.
Florida received all 64 votes as the team to beat for the East Division title. Georgia was selected as the East runner-up, followed in order by South Carolina, Tennessee, Vanderbilt and Kentucky.
