RB Eddie Lacy was "in a scout team jersey on Thursday which is a fairly strong indication that the freshman is not likely to be in the playing rotation against the Hokies. Injuries can change things instantly, but with practice repetitions going to the top backs once game weeks begin, it could be tough for Lacy to see the field unless in a special teams role."
